Terms of Use

01General provisions

Nebo Pro is an independent app for iPhone and Apple Watch (including its widgets, watch face complications and Live Activities) developed by Oleksandr Andriushko (sole proprietor, FOP), Ukraine (the “developer”). By using the app, you agree to these terms.

The Apple Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA) also applies; it forms an integral part of these terms and governs your licence to use the app downloaded from the App Store. Data processing is described in the Privacy Policy.

02NOT an official warning system

Nebo Pro is not a state warning system and is not affiliated with official warning apps. Alert data is provided by the Trembita Pro service for information purposes only, with no guarantee of accuracy or timeliness; delays and outages of connectivity, Apple services, the network or your device may occur.

03Free alert signal

The alert map and the alert signal for your sector are free for everyone and will never become paid. They require neither an account nor a subscription.

04“Support” subscription

“Support” is an auto-renewable subscription that will unlock additional app features and support the app's development. It is not available yet and the app currently offers no purchases; the terms below will apply once the subscription becomes available. The alert signal does not depend on it.

• The price and period length are shown in the app before purchase.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription renews automatically at the end of each paid period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel the subscription in your Apple ID settings: iOS Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions. After cancellation, access continues until the end of the paid period.
• Refunds are handled by Apple under App Store rules (reportaproblem.apple.com).
• Sign in with Apple is required to subscribe.

05User content

Circle and On Air have not launched yet. Once they do, they will have zero tolerance for abusive, violent or unlawful content, fake threat reports and spam.

You will be able to report a message and block its author. We will review reports and remove offenders within 24 hours. You are responsible for the content you send.

06Prohibited use

• spreading false information about threats;
• impersonating official services or authorities;
• reverse engineering the app, except where expressly permitted by law;
• circumventing Apple's payment system;
• any unlawful use.

07Limitation of liability

The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, the developer is not liable for the consequences of decisions made solely on the basis of the app's data, or for data delays, network or device failures.

This does not limit any consumer rights that cannot be waived by law.

08Intellectual property

All rights in Nebo Pro, its code, design and name belong to the developer.

09Changes and governing law

The developer may change these terms and will notify you of material changes in the app; the current version is published on this page with a new “Last updated” date. These terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights under the law of your country of residence. In case of any discrepancy, the Ukrainian version prevails.
