Sky
Alerts for exactly where you are.
Stalex works out your community, district and region right on your iPhone and only alerts you about what concerns you and your people.
- Down to your community. Location is processed on the device. If electronic warfare shifts GPS, set “My place” manually.
- Siren and voice. The recognizable Trembita siren and a spoken “Attention! Alert…” with the place and threat level.
- Alert Island. A Live Activity on the Lock Screen and in the Dynamic Island — it appears even when the app is closed.
- Feel the alert. “Standard” and “Haptic alphabet” signals — for people with hearing loss and anyone with their iPhone in a pocket.
- Watching. Alerts where your family, summer house or university city is — for a whole region or a single community.
- Shelters nearby and power schedules. Shelters in Kyiv, Kharkiv, Dnipro, Zaporizhzhia and Odesa with walking routes; when power goes off and comes back — for home and office.

End-to-end encrypted chats
The server relays only ciphertext and deletes it as soon as everyone has received it, or after 7 days.
Location stays on your iPhone
Your sector is computed on the device — only place names go to the server. Exact location only when you turn on SOS.
Alerts without an account
The map, notifications, widgets, Apple Watch and power schedules work without sign-up. Sign in with Apple only for Chats and On Air.
Contacts never leave your iPhone
Only SHA-256 hashes of numbers are sent to find friends — the server doesn’t store them.
No trackers
No advertising identifiers, no analytics, no third-party SDKs. On Air ads are never targeted at people.
Server in the EU
Germany, HTTPS only. Delete your account: Profile → Account → “Delete account”.

The essentials.
Is this an official warning system?
No. Stalex is an independent app; alert data comes from Trembita Pro. Delays or connection failures are possible, so always respond to sirens and official announcements.
How much does it cost?
Stalex is free. Alerts, the map, SOS, statuses and shelters will never be paid. Stalex Plus and Stalex Flamingo 🦩 are optional App Store purchases.
Do I need to sign up?
Not for alerts, the map, widgets, Apple Watch, power schedules or transport. Chats and On Air need Sign in with Apple: we receive only your name, no email.
Which cities does Transport support?
Kyiv and Lviv for now: trams, trolleybuses, buses, minibuses, plus the metro in Kyiv. Data comes from the cities’ open data.
What do I need?
An iPhone with iOS 26 or later. Apple Watch is optional. Languages: Ukrainian and English.
